To display the time and date
1. The Timekeeping Mode displays Hour:Minutes.
2. In the Timekeeping Mode, press M once to display the Date Mode. It returns to the Timekeeping Mode automatically after 2 seconds.
3. In the Timekeeping Mode, press S once to toggle between the Timekeeping and Date Mode every two seconds. Then press M to display the seconds.
4. In the Timekeeping Mode, press M twice to display the seconds.
5. In the seconds displaying screen, press S to reset the seconds to zero.
6. In the seconds displaying screen, press M to return to the Timekeeping Mode.

To set the time and date
1. In the Timekeeping Mode, press S twice to enter the month setting screen, press M to change the month.
2. In the month setting screen, press S to enter the day setting screen, press M to change the day.
3. In the day setting screen, press S to enter the hour setting screen, press M to change the hour. (A indicates a.m., P indicates p.m.)
4. In the hour setting screen, press S to enter the minutes setting screen, press M to change the minutes, then press S to display the set time.
if don't change the minutes, press S to return to the Timekeeping Mode.
5. In the set time screen, press M to return to the Timekeeping Mode.
6. In the set time screen, press S to toggle between the Timekeeping and Date Mode every two seconds.
